На данный момент визу Индию можно получить двумя способами:

бумажное заявление через Посольство в Москве / Консульство в Санкт-Петербурге / Консульство во Владивостоке / Визовый центр Индии в Москве и Визовый центр Индии в Санкт-Петербурге (получение визового стикера в паспорт);
online (получение электронной визы).

Поскольку в подаче документов в Посольство через Визовый Центр Индии мало приятного, а требования регулярно меняются без какого либо предварительного уведомления, мы остановимся на самом простом и надежном способе получении визы в Индию — электронная виза.

Однако, есть и ложка дегтя: за календарный год электронную визу возможно запрашивать не более 2 раз.

Заявление на е-визу заполняется на сайте: indianvisaonline.gov.in.

«Е»-визу возможно оформить для поездок с целью туризма, лечения или краткосрочного делового визита.

Подавать заявление следует не менее чем за 4 дня до поездки (Система не пропустит анкету с более ранней датой вылета). Коридор для въезда предоставляется на 120 дней.

Пример: Если заполнить анкету 1 сентября, то первый въезд в Индию будет возможен с 5 сентября на срок по 2 января.

При въезде в Индию, офицеры пограничной службы проверят электронную визу и поставят в паспорт штамп с указанием возможного срока пребывания и разрешенного количества въездов. Как правило, визу выдают на 60 дней. Туристическая и деловая визы могут быть двукратными, а медицинская виза — трехкратной. Продление виз не предусмотрено.

ВАЖНО: Повторный въезд в Индию возможен в течение действия визы, указанной в паспорте, а не в электронном разрешении на въезд!

Въезд по электронной визе возможен через:

25 аэропортов Индии: Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh,Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum ,Varanasi & Vishakhapatnam;

Какие документы потребуются для электронной визы в Индию?

Для подачи документов на визу потребуется загранпаспорт, срок действия которого составляет не менее 6 месяцев на момент въезда в Индию. Паспорт должен содержать не менее 2 чистых страниц для штампов о въезде / выезде.

Важно: Каждый заявитель должен иметь свой загранпаспорт. Дети, вписанные в паспорт родителей, не могут запрашивать электронную визу.

После заполнения анкеты потребуется подгрузить к заявлению фотографию и скан загранпаспорта. Для деловой визы дополнительно потребуется скан визитки, а для медицинской — соответствующее приглашение от индийского мед. учреждения.

Требования к фото на электронную визу в Индию:

квадратное, цветное фото;
в формате JPEG;
размер от 10 Кb до 1 Mb;
фон фотографии должен быть белым;
фотография не должна содержать бликов или теней;
фотография должна быть сделана не более 6 месяцев назад (фотография должна быть актуально!).

Требования к остальным документам: сканы документов необходимо загружать в формате PDF. Размер одного файла не должен превышать 300 Kb. Сканы документов должны быть цветными и хорошего качества.

На сайте indianvisaonline.gov.in переходим в раздел «e-Visa Application».

Шаг 1. Регистрируем анкету. Указываем данные ниже:

Passport type — выбираем тип паспорта из выпадающего списка — Ordinary passport;
Nationality — гражданство;
Port of arrival — пункт въезда в Индию;
Date of arrival — дата прибытия;
Date of birth — дата рождения;
Email ID — адрес электронной почты (именно на этот адрес будут приходить все уведомления о статусе рассмотрения анкеты и сама электронная виза);
Re-enter Email ID — повторяем адрес электронной почты;
Visa Service — выбираем категорию визы: Туристическая / Медицинская / Деловая.

Ставим галочку в подтверждение того, что ознакомились с инструкциями к электронной визе и с документами, которые потребуются для подачи online заявления.

Переходим к заполнению анкеты, жмем «Continue».

Шаг 2. Заполняем анкету.

Каждой анкете присваивается уникальный номер. Рекомендуем записать его отдельно — данный номер потребуется для повторного входа в анкету при необходимости. Номер будет меняться каждый раз, когда Вы входите в анкету до момента подтверждения данных и оплаты. После оплаты анкете присваивается окончательный регистрационный номер, по которому возможно будет отслеживать статус рассмотрения визового запроса.

Раздел «Данные заявителя (Applicant Details)»

Указываем Фамилию (Surname) и Имя (Given name) в соответствии с написанием в загранпаспорте. Отчество указывать не нужно. Опечатки не допускаются. В случае выявления ошибки потребуется заполнение новой анкеты.
Have you ever changed your name? / Меняли ли Вы когда-либо имя/фамилию? — Ставим галочку, если применимо, и указываем информацию о предыдущем имени или фамилии (например, девичью фамилию).
Gender / Пол — Выбираем вариант из выпадающего списка: Male — Мужской / Female — Женский.
Date of Birth / Дата рождения — Указываем дату рождения.
Town/City of birth / Город рождения — Данные указываем в соответствии с загранпаспортом
Country of birth / Cтрана рождения — Из выпадающего списка выбираем актуальное название страны рождения (вариант «СССР» отсутствует, поэтому следует выбирать то название страны, которое она носит в настоящее время — например: «Russian Federation» или «Kazakhstan»).
Citizenship/National Id No / Номер национального удостоверения личности — Указываем номер внутреннего паспорта РФ. Если анкета заполняется для ребенка, у которого еще нет внутреннего паспорта, ставим «NA».
Religion / Религия — Из выпадающего списка выбираем один из предложенных вариантов. Если вы выбрали «Others», то в появившееся необходимо указать какую религию Вы исповедуете.
Visible identification marks / Видимые отличительные приметы — В данном пункте следует указать имеющиеся видимые приметы. Например, татуировки, родимые пятна и т.д. Если приметы отсутствуют, указываем «NA».
Educational Qualification / образование — Из выпадающего списка выбираем тип образования. Варианты представлены на английском. Тут можно долго разбираться, что же они имели ввиду, поэтому мы даем пояснение ниже:

BELOW MATRICULATION – менее 10 классов в школе;
GRADUATE – высшее образование/бакалавр;
HIGHER SECONDARY – средняя школа;
ILLITERATE – нет образования (совсем);
MATRICULATION – 10 классов обучения;
POST GRADUATE – магистратура, аспирантура, докторская степень;
PROFESSIONAL – профессиональное образование.

Nationality / Гражданство — гражданство автоматически притягивается из данных, которые мы указывали при регистрации.
Did you acquire Nationality by birth or by naturalization? / Вы получили гражданство по рождению или приобрели его в процессе натурализации — Выбираем соответствующий вариант ответа: «By birth» — «По рождению» или «By natiralization» — «Приобретенное гражданство». В случае, если у Вас раньше было другое гражданство, то выберете его из списка.
Have you lived for at least two years in the country where you are applying visa? / Проживали ли вы последние 2 года в стране, в которой вы подаете заявление на визу? — Ставим галочку в нужный вариант «Yes» / «No» — «Да» / «Нет».

Раздел «Паспортные данные (Passport Details)»

Passport No./ Номер паспорта — Указываем номер загранпаспорта без пробелов (пример: 711234567).
Place of Issue / Место выдачи — Указываем орган, выдавший документ.
Date of Issue / Дата выдачи загранпаспорта — указывается в формате дд/мм/гггг.
Date of Expiry /

Дата окончания срока действия

загранпаспорта — в формате дд/мм/гггг.
Any other valid Passport/Identity Certificate(IC) held / Имеется ли у Вас другой действительный загранпаспорт или иное международное удостоверение личности — Выбираем вариант: No (нет) или Yes (да). В случае положительного ответа, потребуется указать данные второго загранпаспорта:
Country of Issue / Страна, выдавшая второй паспорт.
Passport/IC No. / Номер — укажите номер.
Date of Issue / Дата выдачи.
Place of Issue / Место выдачи.
Nationality described therein / Ваша национальность (гражданство), указанная в данном документе.

Для продолжения заполнения анкеты на визу в Индию нажмите кнопку «Save and Continue / Сохранить и продолжить».

Раздел «Контактные данные (Address Details)»

Указываем адрес фактического проживания «Present Address».

House No./Street / Улица и номер дома — В данном поле указываем улицу, номер дома, корпус и номер квартиры.
Village/Town/City / Город или другой населенный пункт — В нашем случае указываем «MOSCOW».
Country / Страна — Из выпадающего списка выбираем «RUSSIAN FEDERATION».
State/Province/District /Край, область. — В нашем случае еще раз указываем «MOSCOW». Для региональных заявитель указываем область, например, SAMARA REGION.
Postal/Zip Code / Почтовый индекс.
Phone No. / Номер телефона — Указываем контактный номер телефона без пробелов и дополнительных знаков в формате 749512345678. Это может быть как домашний, так и рабочий номер.
Mobile No. / Номер мобильного телефона.
Email Address / Адрес электронной почты — Данное поле должно быть уже заполнено и не может быть исправлено. Адрес электронной почты дублируется из данных, указанных при регистрации анкеты.

Далее необходимо указать постоянный адрес (адрес по прописке). Если постоянный и фактический адреса совпадают, достаточно поставить галочку в поле «Click Here for Same Address — Кликните, если адрес такой же». Если постоянный адрес отличается, укажите данные.

Раздел «Информация о семье (Family Details)»

Указываем данные родителей: Father’s details / данные об отце и Mother’s details / данные о матери.

Name / Фамилия Имя Отчество — укажите полное имя с отчеством.
Nationality / Гражданство — Из выпадающего списка выбрать подходящий вариант,
Previous Nationality / Предыдущее гражданство — Данный пункт возможно не заполнять, если гражданство не менялось.
Place of Birth / Место рождения — Допустимо указать город рождения или область.
Country of Birth / Страна рождения — Из выпадающего списка выбрать страну рождения, помня, что СССР в списке нет — необходимо указать актуальную на сегодняшний день страну. В нашем случае «RUSSIAN FEDERATION».

Далее указываем информацию о семейном положении.

Applicant’s Marital Status / Семейное положение – Из выпадающего списка выбираем один из вариантов: «Merried» если состоите в браке и «Single» – если нет. В случае, если Вы состоите в браке, необходимо будет заполнить информацию о супруге. Потребуются те же данные, что и для родителей.
Were your Parents / Grandparents (paternal/maternal) Pakistan Nationals or Belong to Pakistan held area / Имели ли ваши родители / дедушки / бабушки гражданство Пакистана или проживали на территории Пакистана? — Галочкой отмечаем правильный ответ: «Yes» / «No» — «Да» / «Нет». В случае положительного ответа потребуется предоставить комментарии.

Раздел «Профессия / Информация о занятости заявителя (Profession / Ocupation Details of Applicant)»

В данном разделе потребуется указать информацию о Вашей работе. Для безработных заявителей вместо данных работодателя следует указать контакты спонсора – супруга или родителя.

Present Occupation / Занятость на данный момент – Из выпадающего списка необходимо выбрать наиболее подходящий Вам вариант занятости или профессии. Список вариантов ограничен, но Вы можете выбрать вариант «Other» — «Иное» и в появившемся поле указать свой вариант.
Employer Name / Business / Название компании-работодателя.
Designation / Должность — Укажите занимаемую должность. Данное поле необходимо заполнить в обязательном порядке.
Address /Адрес — Укажите полный адрес работодателя.
Phone / Телефон.
Past Occupation, if any / Предыдущий тип занятости — Если есть желание, укажите информацию о предыдущем месте работы (если применимо). Данное поле необходимо заполнить в обязательном порядке.
Are/were you in a Military/Semi-Military/Police/Security. Organization? / Состоите ли Вы на данный момент или состояли ранее на службе в военной организации / полиции или охранной организации? — Галочкой отмечаем соответствующий ответ: «Yes» / «No» — «Да» / «Нет». В случае положительного ответа потребуется предоставить комментарии: указать тип организации, занимаемую должность, место службы.

Раздел «Данные о запрашиваемой визе (Details of Visa Sought)»

Type of Visa — Тип запрашиваемой визы мы уже указали в начале анкеты. Изменить тип запрашиваемой визы на данном этапе заполнения анкеты не представляется возможным.
Places likely to be visited / Места, которые вы планируете посетить — Через запятую укажите города, которые Вы хотели бы посетить.
Duration of Visa / Срок действия визы — Как правило, визу выдают на 60 дней. Фактический разрешенный срок пребывания окончательно определяет сотрудник пограничной службы при въезде.
No of entries / Кратность визы — Туристическая и деловая визы могут быть двукратными, а медицинская виза — трехкратной. Продление виз не предусмотрено.
Port of Arrival / Порт Прибытия — Въезд в Индию по электронной визе возможен через 25 аэропортов и 3 морских порта. Запланированный порт прибытия мы уже выбрали при регистрации анкеты. На данном этапе заполнения изменить пункт прибытия не представляется возможным.
Expected Port of Exit from India / Порт отбытия/выезда из Индии – Пункт возможно не заполнять, но, если Вы уже знаете аэропорт, из которого планируете покинуть Индию по завершению путешествия, то рекомендуем указать данную информацию.

Раздел «Предыдущая виза / Действующая виза (Previous Visa / Currently valid Visa Details)»

Have you ever visited India before / Посещали ли Вы Индию ранее? — Галочкой отмечаем правильный ответ: «Yes» / «No» — «Да» / «Нет». В случае, если Вы ранее были в Индии, потребуется указать информацию ниже.
Address / Адрес — Укажите адрес проживания во время последнего визита в Индию.
Cities previously visited in India / Города, которые Вы посещали в прошлый раз.
Last Indian Visa No/Currently valid Indian Visa No. / Номер предыдущей / действующей индийской визы.
Type of Visa / Тип данной визы.
Place of Issue / Место выдачи визы.
Date of Issue / Дата выдачи визы.
Has permission to visit or to extend stay in India previously been refused / Получали ли Вы отказ в оформлении индийской визы / отказ во въезде или продлении срока пребывания? — В случае положительно ответа необходимо предоставить пояснение.

Countries Visited in the Last 10 years / Страны, которые Вы посещали за последние 10 лет — Через запятую укажите список стран.
Have you visited SAARC counties (except your own country) during the last 3 years? / Посещали ли Вы страны Ассоциации регионального сотрудничества Южной Азии (Афганистан, Бангладеш, Бутан, Индия, Мальдивы, Непал, Пакистан, Шри-Ланка) за последние 3 года? — Если применимо, потребуется указать страну, год и количество визитов.

Раздел «Контакты (Reference)»

В данном разделе необходимо указать данные контактных лиц в Индии и в родной стране, с которыми можно будет связаться в экстренных случаях.

В пункт «Reference in India / Контактные данные в Индии» для туристической поездки возможно указать отель; для деловой поездки данные контактного лица в приглашающей компании.

В пункт «Reference Name in Russia / Контактные данные в России» следует указать данные близкого родственника : одного из родителей, супруга и т.п.

Шаг 3. Подгружаем электронные копии документов.

Подгружаем электронное фото. Напоминаем требования к файлу:

фото должно быть квадратного размера;
в формате JPEG;
размер файла должен быть не менее 10 КВ и не более 1 MB;
Минимальное расширение 350 х 350 пикселей;
фон фотографии — белый и равномерный.

Данная фотография будет использована на электронной визе. Фото должно быть новым и соответствовать актуальному внешнему виду владельца визы.

Далее подгружаем копию заграничного паспорта. Требования к скану:

документ в формате PDF;
Размер файла 10-300 Kb;
цветной скан.

Шаг 4. Оплата

Оплатить анкету возможно картой. Произвести оплату возможно сразу же после заполнения или позже (для этого потребуется записать номер анкеты, иначе придется повторить заполнение).

Шаг 5. Получение электронной визы в Индию

Уведомление о завершении рассмотрения документов будет направлено на адрес электронной почты, указанный при регистрации. Готовую визу необходимо скачать, распечатать, взять с собой в поездку и предъявит по прибытии в Индию.

Eligibility

International travellers whose sole objective for visiting India is recreation, sight seeing,casual visit to visit friends and relatives, attending a short term yoga programme, medical treatment including treatment under Indian systems of medicine, business purpose, as attendant to e-Medical visa holder, attending a conference/ seminar/ workshop organized by a Ministry or Department of the Government of India, State Governments or UT Administrations etc. & their subordinate/ attached organizations & PSUs and no other purpose/activity.
Passport should have at least six months validity from the date of arrival in India. The passport should have at least two blank pages for stamping by the Immigration Officer.
International Travellers should have return ticket or onward journey ticket,with sufficient money to spend during his/her stay in India.
International Travellers having Pakistani Passport or Pakistani origin may please apply for regular Visa at Indian Mission.
Not available to Diplomatic/Official Passport Holders or Laissez-passer travel document holders.
Not available to individuals endorsed on Parent’s/Spouse’s Passport i.e. each individual should have a separate passport.
Not available to International Travel Document Holders.

Instructions

Instructions for e-Visa

e-Visa has 5sub-categories i.e. e-Tourist visa, e-Business visa, e-Medical visa, e-Medical Attendant visa and e-Conference visa. A foreigner (other than those applying for e-Conference visa) will be permitted to club these categories. Foreigners applying for e-Conference visa will be permitted to club with e-Tourist visa only. Only 2 e-Medical Attendant visas will be granted against one e-Medical visa
Applicants of the eligible countries/territories may apply online minimum 4 days in advance of the date of arrival with a window of 120 days. Example: If you are applying on 1st Sept then applicant can select arrival date from 5th Sept to 2nd Jan
Recent front facing photograph with white background and photo page of Passport containing personal details like name, date of birth, nationality, expiry date etc are to be uploaded mandatorily by the applicant. Additionally one more document depending upon the e-Visa type would also be required to be uploaded. The application is liable to be rejected if the uploaded documents and photograph are not clear / as per specification.
e-Visa fee is country/Territory specific. Bank transaction charges of 2.5% will be charged additionally on applicable e-Visa fees. e-Visa fee once submitted is non-refundable as the fee is for processing of the application and is not dependent on either Grant or Rejection of Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA).

Biometric details of the applicant will be mandatorily captured at Immigration on arrival in India.
The validity of e-Visa (except e-Conference visa) will be 60 days from the date of arrival in India. In case of e-Conference visa, the validity will be 30 days from the date of arrival in India. Double entry is permitted on e-Tourist visa and e-Business visa. Triple entry will be permitted on e-Medical visa and e-Medical Attendant visa. Only single entry is permitted on e-Conference visa.
e-Visa is valid for entry through 28 designated Airports (i.e. Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Bagdogra, Bengaluru, Bhubaneshwar, Calicut, Chennai, Chandigarh,Cochin, Coimbatore, Delhi, Gaya, Goa, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Kolkata, Lucknow, Madurai,Mangalore, Mumbai, Nagpur, Portblair, Pune, Tiruchirapalli, Trivandrum, Varanasi & Vishakhapatnam) and 5 designated seaports (i.e. Cochin, Goa, Mangalore,Mumbai,Chennai). However, the foreigner can take exit from any of the authorized Immigration Check Posts (ICPs) in India.
This facility is in addition to the existing Visa services.
e-Visa can be availed for maximum of three times in a calendar year i.e. between January to December.
e-Visa is non-extendable, non-convertible & not valid for visiting Protected/Restricted and Cantonment Areas. If you intend to visit Protected/Restricted/Cantonment areas, you would require prior permission from the Civil Authority please visit here.
Please be careful while making payment of the e-Visa fee. If the number of unsuccessful attempts is more than three (03), then the application id would be blocked and the applicant would be required to apply afresh by filling the application form again and regenerating a new application id.
The e-Visa fee payment status updation may take up to 4 hours due to technical reasons/network delays. Before re-applying, the applicants are requested to wait for 4 hours for payment status updating, after final submission of the application form and payment of the fee. In cases, where e-Visa fee has been deducted but status is not updated, the applicants are advised to verify their payment status by clicking on ‘Verify Payment/Pay Visa Fee’ tab or by clicking on the link Verify Payment.
Nationals of Yellow Fever affected countries or travellers arriving from these countries must carry YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION CARD at the time of arrival in India, otherwise they may be quarantined for 6 days upon arrival in India. How a customer/applicant can understand that payment has been made successfully?

The applicant after filling details on https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ and clicks ‘Pay Now’. The applicant is redirected to SBIePay payment page and is presented with payment options like MasterCard and VISA. Applicant enters his card details and clicks “Proceed”. Then the applicant may see one of the two options:
i. 3 D Secure page of the Card issuing page for inputing 3D Secure password/OTP
ii. Transaction is processed without 3D Secure page.
After successful completion of transaction, the applicant is redirected on to the https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ with a successful receipt of payment.

How do I know that my Bank participates in 3D Secure transaction?

If an applicant is presented with a 3D Secure page prompting to enter a password/OTP, this means the Card issuing Bank participates in 3D Secure transaction. If the applicant does not have a transaction password/One time password, he/she should contact the card issuing Bank for support.

What if a successful page on https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ is not shown after completing the transaction?

The applicant shall be presented with a payment successful page along with reference number. If the applicant does not receive any success message even after card account has been charged, a refund shall be initiated after due reconciliation to the applicants card account.

How are Refunds processed?

If a transaction has failed but the applicants card account is debited more than once, the amount shall be refunded to the applicants card account after reconciliation process within seven (7) days of transaction.

What are the banking charges for e-Visa fee?

The banking charges are 2.5% on the applicable e-Visa fees. These charges are charged to the applicant at the time of making online e-visa fee payment.

What is the support available for the applicants ?

Can an applicant perform more than one transaction for same application number registered at https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ ?

An applicant can perform maximum of three transactions for a single application ID.

What happens if all three transaction attempts of the applicant fail?

If the applicant cannot succeed in three attempts, a new application is required to be filled and transaction has to be carried out with new application ID.

Can https://indianvisaonline.gov.in/ charge more than one time for an application ID ?

An applicant shall be charged for only once against an application ID. Any double/triple debit shall be refunded after due reconciliation within seven (7) days of transactions.

How do I know that my Bank participates in 3D Secure transaction?

Incase Bank is participating for 3D Secure, during transaction a 3D secure page would appear and cardholder has to enter his/her password /OTP.
